Mashed Potatoes Poupon
Serve up a side of these creamy homemade mashed potatoes flavored with Dijon mustard and garlic powder.

8 servings, about 1/2 cup each
What you need:
1-1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 5), cut into 1-inch chunks
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan on medium heat 20 min.or until tender; drain in colander.
MIX milk, mustard and garlic powder in same pan; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
ADD potatoes; mash to desired consistency. Season with pepper.
For a change of pace, try this version of a popular side dish. Not only is it low in fat, but the potatoes are also a good source of vitamin C. Eating right has never tasted so good!
